Those wanting a true epicurean experience put themselves at the "Mercy of the Chef," a special prix fixe chef tasting menu created at the whim and inspiration of the Chefs. Chef Jason and Pastry Chef Jose will take you on a culinary adventure over six courses of their exclusive creations beginning with an amuse bouche. Add optional wine pairings chosen by our Sommelier with each course to round out your meal.
Our Mercy of the Chef experience is offered nightly during dinner only beginning at 5 p.m. (Last reservation for our Mercy of the Chef experiences is 7:30 p.m.) Cost is $130 per person or $205 with wine pairings with each course (plus taxes, surcharge and 20% gratuity). All those seated at one table must partake in the experience.

NINE-TEN offers Free Corkage every Thursday during lunch or dinner. Guests can bring their own bottles of wine to enjoy with their meal without paying a corkage fee, which is usually charged at $35 per 750ml bottle. Maximum of 3 bottles per table.
This is a popular option for wine enthusiasts who want to bring a special bottle from their collection to pair with Chef Jason Knibb’s seasonal, farm-to-table dishes. The free corkage night adds a personal touch to the dining experience, making it more accessible and enjoyable for those who want to complement their meal with their favorite wine.
Reservations are recommended, especially on Free Corkage Thursdays, as this can be a busy day at the restaurant.

Available Sundays during brunch service only.

These special featured wines are offered at a 50% discount on Wednesdays, and a 20% discount every Thursday through Sunday during lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
