Created as an expression of the culinary team's creativity and inspiration, this exclusive dining experience invites guests to discover a progression of seasonal dishes that may not appear on the regular menu.

Chef Jason Knibb and Pastry Chef Jose guide guess through six courses of thoughtfully crafted creations, beginning with an amuse bouche and showcasing the freshest ingredients available each season. Each course reflects NINE-TEN's signature approach to seasonal California cuisine, combining locally sourced ingredients with globally inspired flavors and techniques.

Elevate the experience with optional wine pairings selected by our Sommelier to complement each course. The carefully curated pairings are designed to enhance the flavors and progression of the tasting menu, creating a complete food and wine experience.
