As part of its 25th anniversary celebration, NINE-TEN Restaurant invites you to "A Perfect Envy" -- an exclusive multi-course Angel's Envy bourbon pairing dinner, heavenly crafted by Executive Chef Jason Knibb.
Designed for a limited number of guests, this immersive evening explores the depth, balance, and complexity of Angel’s Envy’s signature finished whiskeys, paired thoughtfully with Chef Knibb’s contemporary coastal cuisine. From the first pour to the final course, each pairing is curated to create a seamless progression of flavor, storytelling, and craft.

This is more than a tasting. It’s a guided journey. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and unfolds through a multi-course menu, each dish paired with a distinct expression from Angel’s Envy. Throughout the dinner, guests will enjoy pairing insights, guided tasting notes, and storytelling around the art of bourbon finishing by Angel's Envy National Brand Educator, Ashley Erwin.
The experience will be hosted in one of NINE-TEN’s elegant private dining spaces. Reservations are limited to 24 guests. Advance reservations are required and can be made online.
