Award-winning Executive Chef Jason Knibb invites you to “From Ocho to Nueve Diez: A Journey of Flavor", an intimate four-course dining experience, thoughtfully curated to pair with the distinctive expressions of Tequila Ocho’s single-estate expressions.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by guided tastings of Tequila Ocho Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and their limited annual release, Puntas. Each tequila will be paired with a dish personally selected by Chef Jason to highlight and complement its character.
Together, the pairings will take guests on a sensory journey celebrating craftsmanship, heritage, and evolution. The evening will culminate in a “Perfect Ten” finale tying together the spirit of Jalisco and the artistry of La Jolla. From Ocho to Nueve Diez represents the refinement of tequila and cuisine at its very best.
The experience will be hosted in one of NINE-TEN’s elegant private dining spaces and will include storytelling, tasting notes, and a guided exploration of Tequila Ocho’s legacy by Chris Simmons, Ocho National Agave Ambassador.
