Every month, NINE-TEN chefs will unveil a new 3-course lunch menu featuring a special starter, entree, and dessert. Menu changes monthly. Featured this month: Shaved Vegetable Salad with fennel, radishes, baby carrots, pickled red onions, brioche croutons, arugula, and lemon vinaigrette; Maine Lobster Risotto with shiitake mushrooms, Brussels sprout leaves, watermelon relish, and citrus-lobster sauce; and Mille-Feuille & Cream, house-made puff pastry, orange gel, and chocolate pastry cream.
