Jayknibb is looking for staff..thats a good sign...some sort of Barely normalcy is peeping thru the kitchen door...what a wonderful opportunity for a Young aspiring Chef to get an opportunity such as this to be a Line cook and get to work with one of the 20 best Chefs in America...a fountain of close up Knowledge awaits that person.
