4-Course Prix-Fixe Menu
$125 per person (optional wine pairings available)

Chef Jason Knibb will present a very special 4-course, prix-fixe dinner menu for residents and visitors looking for a place to dine before moving on to the many New Year’s Eve celebrations taking place around town.  Reservations are required and must be made by calling 858.964.5400.

FIRST COURSE (choice of):

MAINE LOBSTER
citrus glaze, tangerine, finger lime, yogurt, fine herbs

WINTER VEGETABLE SALAD
Castelfranco, roasted acorn squash, pickled kohlrabi, salt-roasted celery root, sunchoke chips, Beemster aged gouda, ginger-mustard vinaigrette

A surcharge will be added to all dine-in parties of 6 or more people.  To help cover increasing costs & support growing minimum wage a 5% surcharge will be added to all checks.  Prices do not include tax & gratuity. Regular dinner menu will not be served. Passport Unlimited program and other discount programs are not available on New Year’s Eve. Menu subject to change based on seasonal availability.  In addition to New Year’s Eve dinner, we will also be open for breakfast and lunch on New Year’s Eve day (regular menus and hours of operation).
